Running a Timed Round Event

An active Timed Round Event will present a dashboard similar to the one below

Main Content:

• The next round to be scheduled (PENDING). The event organiser can make changes to the games
• The current round on the courts (UNDERWAY). No changes can be made to this run as it is in progress
• COMPLETED games

Once the UNDERWAY round is finished, the event organiser can start a new round by clicking on 'Start round' button. There is the option to change the round duration if required. Once the raound is started, the application will stop the existing UNDERWAY round, start this new round and it will automatically create the next PENDING round.

Top Menu Options

• Event: change the Event details
• Add Member: add a Members to the active Event
• Add Visitor: Add a new visitor to the active Event
• Courts: add/remove courts from the Event
• Player List: maintain player status
• The round timer (the remaining minutes for the UNDERWAY round)
